Hi, I’m Steph, a marketing executive and the founder of Her Strategy Circle. Over 12+ years, I've scaled consumer brands ranging from early-stage startups to multi-million-dollar companies by blending data-driven strategy with thoughtful brand storytelling.

Most recently, I served as Country Director for Love, Bonito USA — the brand's first senior hire in North America. I built the team, launched the market, and over three years doubled revenue year-over-year, grew brand reach 3×, launched a Soho pop-up that drove 30% of all new customers in the market with 190+ press placements and 3.2 billion in reach, and improved profitability by over 100%.

Before that, as Marketing Director at Aurate New York — a fine jewelry DTC brand — I owned the full marketing stack: Shopify, paid media, lifecycle, and influencer program. I maintained a 5× blended ROAS and led a three-collection celebrity partnership with Kerry Washington.

My foundation was built earlier in my career — running performance campaigns at a global fashion marketplace (ZALORA; Global Fashion Group) in Singapore, then at a digital agency in the U.S. managing media for STARZ and NBCUniversal — before pursuing my Master's in Marketing and moving brand-side.
